Data deletion request
This page explains how S7 Automations handles a request to delete information associated with a Meta app interaction.
How to request deletion
Your request has been received.
Keep this confirmation code for your records:
We will review the request and delete information that S7 is responsible for, unless a lawful reason requires us to retain it. If we need more information to identify a record, we will contact you at the address you provide.
To request deletion of information held by S7 Automations, email info@s7automations.com. Include the Meta app or service involved and enough information for us to identify your records. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
If Meta sends a signed deletion request to our callback, Meta will receive a confirmation code and a link to this page automatically.
What we delete
S7 Automations does not currently use Facebook Login or maintain a Facebook profile database. If a Meta app-scoped identifier is not present in our records, there may be no Facebook profile data for us to delete. Where information is held in a connected service, customer workspace, conversation, enquiry, or project, we will assess it under the applicable privacy policy and customer instructions.
Some information may be retained where required by law, needed for security, required to resolve a dispute, or held by a separate controller or third-party platform. We will explain any lawful limitation.
